What grades/ages can attend?
The conference is open to delegates who are entering the 7th grade in the 2024-25 school year to those who graduated high school in 2024 (faithful church members who are still 19 may attend even if they graduated in 2023). Younger children of attending adult sponsors are also welcome to attend the conference (please contact our office for more information about registration for these children).
How much does the conference cost?
The conference cost is $75 per person. The conference fee includes conference registration, entry, and materials, seven (7) meals, and all activities and games. Each church that completes registration by May 12, 2024 will receive an EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT of $10 per person.
Is there a discount for adult sponsors?
One adult sponsor will receive free registration for every ten (10) registered teenagers.
Is there a group registration fee?
Yes... and no! There is a $100 registration fee for your group, but that fee will be deducted from your total cost of the conference. To begin registration, please fill out the registration form on the previous page. Once that form is completed, please submit a $100 registration fee (refundable if requested by June 1, 2024). You can pay with a card by clicking the link under the group registration form on the previous page, or you can mail a check to 5364 Hwy 67 Benton, AR 72015 ATTN: BHYC Registration. Your payment must be postmarked by May 12, 2024 in order to receive the discount early registration discount.
What is the dress code?
Our goal at Blessed Hope Youth Conference is to honor God in every aspect of our lives, and our dress code is certainly no exception. Our guidelines for dress are for the purpose of maintaining Biblical modesty in our appearance.
Girls - No pants, shorts, tight or revealing clothing, sleeveless dresses or shirts, or shirts with questionable emblems. All dresses, skirts, or culottes must extend below the knee. NOTE: Please bring "leggings" or "tights" to wear under your skirt / culottes during some of the afternoon activities.
Guys - No tank tops, "muscle shirts," shorts, earrings, or necklaces. No shirts with questionable emblems.
AM Services - We recommend a more casual dress for AM services.
PM Services - We recommend church dress clothes for PM services.

What does the schedule look like the week of the conference?
The conference will begin with registration at 3:00 on Monday, July 8, and will end after the evening service on Thursday, July 11. The evening services will begin at 7:00 p.m. each evening, Monday-Thursday. There are morning services each day, Tuesday-Thursday, with lunch afterwards, followed by an afternoon full of activities and games.
What activities will take place?
Activities include Top Golf, Main Event, sports tournaments (basketball, volleyball, dodgeball), fantastic food frenzy, home run derby, Family Feud (with $2,000 CASH PRIZES), and MORE!

Where are the services held?
All services will be held at Victory Baptist Church, which is located at 5364 Hwy 67 Benton, AR.
What meals are provided with my conference registration fee?
The cost of conference registration includes 7 delicious meals: 4 dinners (Monday - Thursday) and 3 lunches (Tuesday - Thursday). If your hotel does not offer a complementary breakfast, please let us know before the conference begins, and we will provide a continental breakfast. There will also be a full concession stand available each night after the service.

When we get to the conference, when and where do we register?
Registration will be at Victory Baptist Church from 3:00-5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8. Dinner will be served from 5:45-6:30, and the opening service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
